Prescriptions

SARAH CHEESMAN

Prescription Clerk

Sarah is our prescription clerk. Sarah requests repeat prescriptions for patients and helps with any prescription queries patients may have.

Nurse Practitioners

LOUISE DENNIS

(F) Louise is our Nurse Practitioner/prescriber & Lead Nurse for the practice. She is responsible for the supervision of the nursing team and support to the clinical team. Louise is able to see, assess and prescribe for a wide range of minor ailments, and is responsible for carrying out long term conditions management and women’s health/contraception services (excluding coils and implants). Warwick Diploma in Diabetes , Asthma diploma, Family planning trained.

Nurses

ELSA RUSSELL

RGN, ARTP registered for Spirometry (February2019) and Asthma (NQF level 5 November 2016)

(F) Elsa works at both the main and branch sites. She provides all aspects of general nursing care such as wound management, spirometry, adult and child vaccinations and immunisations & cervical smear tests.

SAM FORD

Health Care Assistant

(F) Sam is one of our health care assistants working at both of our main and branch sites. Sam provides blood pressure checks, height and weight measurements, dressings, B12 injections and dietary advice.

VIKKI COKER

Health Care Assistant

Vikki is one of our health care assistants working at both of our main and branch sites. Vikki provides SMI checks, learning disability checks, blood pressure checks, height and weight measurements, flu vaccinations and dietary advice.

Practice Management

KATIE PESKETT

Practice Manager

Katie Peskett is our Practice Manager. She is responsible for the strategic and business development of the practice in conjunction with the partners. She oversees the running of the practice and her responsibilities include: Recruitment, HR, premises management, Health and Safety, Complaint management, Finance, business administration and development.

ANNE HOLBURN

Business and Finance Manager AMSPAR dip PCM 1993

Anne has taken over the business and financial management of the practice and deals with all aspects of business management, to include: partnership matters, new business, premises, new equipment and other matters pertaining to running the business. She is also our non-clinical lead for Complaints and works closely with Dr Barnard in reviewing all complaints, comments and feedback that comes into the practice. In addition she looks after the practice finances, working closely with the accountant and staff payroll.

Reception

We have a team of 10 receptionists Sandra, Marianne, Debbie, Vicky, Sue, Althea, Sam, Jo, Ella and Stacy.
