The Practice offers routine appointmentsup to 6 weeks in advance, where possible. If you require a consultation with a specific doctor, we will do our best to accomodate your request but you may have to wait longer for an appointment.
We provide a telephone triage service for all urgent care. If you feel you need to be seen urgently and cannot wait for a routine appointment, please book a same day telephone triage slot with the on call doctor. If you can, please give an indication of the problem so that the doctor can prioritise the call and have your phone available to receive the call. The doctor will assess your problem with you on the phone and offer advice or if necessary will ask you to attend the surgery for further assessment.
